The service
Swell reads public profile and post data from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X on a schedule and stores the readings over time. You read that history in ChatGPT through a read-only connection. Claude is coming soon. Availability of each assistant may change.
Your account
You must be at least 18 to use Swell. Provide accurate account information, protect access to your sign-in methods, and use only accounts and profiles you are entitled to use.
Using the connection
The connection is limited to the signed-in account and can only read stored data. It cannot publish to social platforms or edit your account. Analysis produced by an assistant is the assistant's output; check it against the underlying readings.
Readings and availability
Readings are automated and unreviewed. Available metrics depend on the platform and its public data. A reading time shows when a value was observed. Readings start once your subscription is paid. We do not guarantee complete history, real-time updates or growth outcomes.
Plans and payment
Swell is a monthly subscription. The price depends on how many handles you track and how often your data syncs, and it is shown in US dollars before you pay. There is no free trial.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
Renewal and cancelling
Your subscription renews automatically every month, and your payment method is charged for each new month, until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for.
Refunds
Payments are not refunded for partial months, except where the law requires it.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, readings pause until the payment succeeds. Your stored history stays readable in the meantime.
If the payment for an upgrade does not go through, your plan does not change: your previous plan and its readings continue.
Plan and price changes
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan, and add or remove handles, from your account page. The new monthly price is shown before you confirm.
If we change the price of your plan, we will email you before the new price takes effect. You can cancel before then.
Access and ending use
You create your account on the website. You can disconnect in your assistant to end that connection's access.
You can delete your account from your account page or by writing to hello@wavehappy.art. Deleting your account cancels your subscription straight away, without a refund for the rest of the month, except where the law requires it. Your data is then removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Warranty and liability
Swell is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Swell is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, followers or opportunities. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Swell in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars, whichever is greater.
Changes and governing law
These terms may change. The date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes are announced by email before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Other services
Social platforms and assistants operate under their own terms. This service is not endorsed by those platforms or assistant providers.
