Swell needs an account. The plugin reads the history Swell records for you, so it only works with a Swell account and an active plan. Create your account first, then add the plugin and sign in with that same account.

How do I disconnect?
Open your assistant's connected-app settings, select Swell, and disconnect. This ends that connection's access. It does not delete the history stored in your account.
Does it need my social account password?
No. Swell records public profile and post counts. Never send us a password or sign-in code.
Can the assistant change anything?
No. It can only read stored data for your account. It cannot publish posts, change your profiles or edit your account.
Why might a reading be missing or different?
Readings are automated. Available metrics vary by platform and post type. Check the reading time and available history for that profile.
How do I export or delete my data?
Sign in to your account to download your workbook or delete your account. If you need help, email hello@wavehappy.art from the address associated with your account.
Which email should I use?
Sign in the same way each time, here and when you connect ChatGPT. Sign in or create an account to check which email your account uses.
